The first flagship

A new chapter for
marine resources.

Fish-processing residues can have another life. Our proposed flagship brings collection, processing and qualified markets into one value chain.

What is left after fish processing? What could it become? Follow one proposed recovery route, one step at a time.

Read the story in plain language
  1. Start after fish processing. Suitable residues are the proposed input. The project is about recovering value from that existing stream, not a call for additional fishing.
  2. Protect quality along the way. Agree suitable supply, collect material under controlled conditions and check it before processing. Freshness, traceability and processing performance matter.
  3. Recover two co-products. Fishmeal could serve qualified feed markets. Fish oil could serve appropriate commercial uses, depending on quality and specifications. These are parallel outputs—not one product turning into the other.
  4. Validate before delivery. Suitable supply, sites, permissions, processing performance, safety, buyer terms, funding and project economics still need to be established.

The next step is evidence: suitable supply, proven processing, qualified buyers and a viable project.

Project status · in development

From residual stream
to useful ingredient.

The initial design case is 15 tonnes of fish residues per day.

The concept is to handle suitable material under controlled conditions, then process it into fishmeal and fish oil. Product quality, market requirements and the consistency of incoming material are central to the business case.

Capacity is a proposed design target. It is not current throughput. Any expansion depends on sufficient contracted feedstock and proven performance.
Discuss the flagship

The proposed process

Four connected steps.

01 / COLLECT

Secure the resource.

Agree suitable supply with processors and a collection system that protects material quality.

02 / CHECK

Control the inputs.

Confirm composition, freshness and traceability against the process and buyers’ requirements.

03 / RECOVER

Create useful outputs.

Process appropriate fish residues into meal and oil, validating yield and quality.

04 / SUPPLY

Reach qualified markets.

Match specifications, permissions, logistics and commercial terms with suitable buyers.

The path to delivery

Clear milestones.
Credible progress.

The September 2026 plan provides the development concept. The next stage is to assemble and validate the evidence needed for execution.
