Stories in motion

A future worth
seeing differently.

Short visual stories bring the programme’s connections into focus—from a familiar island landscape to new possibilities for resources, food and local enterprise.

Short stories. One connected ambition.

Six short films, each with a brand opening, a focused story and a closing invitation—plus the standalone logo introduction. Choose a story to play; each has playback controls, no audio and a written summary below it. These are introductions to proposed ideas—not footage of completed developments.

The island film

An island. A living system.

A visual journey from the ocean to the land and a shared island future. One place, seen as a connected living system. A proposed programme, not a record of completed projects.

Coast photography, concept illustrations and motion design introduce the proposed programme.

  1. The place. The island programme starts with the place it is intended to serve. The coastline is a real Seychelles photograph; it is not a proposed project site.
  2. Marine resources. Suitable residues could supply a recovery project producing fishmeal and fish oil. Quality, collection and qualified markets need to be established.
  3. Food and soil. The wider vision connects soil improvement, farmer participation, growing systems and routes to market. The connections are proposed, not proven operating flows.
  4. A shared future. The illustrated island concept represents an ambition. Every project needs its own site, permissions, economics, safeguards and accountable partners.

The programme in brief

A circular future for Seychelles

A 24-second introduction to the place, the resource opportunity and the work required to build credible projects. Three spacious chapters lead from Seychelles to the next practical step.

An illustrated development vision. Projects shown are proposed or in development.

  1. A place worth protecting. Seychelles is the setting for a proposed programme connecting resource recovery, local food and productive enterprise.
  2. Resources with another use. The first flagship would recover useful meal and oil from suitable fish-processing residues. Further food, soil, energy and material projects would be evaluated separately.
  3. The next practical step. The ambition becomes credible through measured resources, suitable sites, tested processes and real buyer requirements—not through assumed connections between unbuilt projects.

The process explained

From fish residues to useful products

Follow suitable fish-processing residues through controlled recovery to two proposed co-products: fishmeal and fish oil. Four clearly labelled chapters explain the input, process, products and evidence needed before delivery.

Illustrated proposal, not footage of an operating plant. Product uses depend on validated quality, specifications, permissions and qualified buyers.

  1. The input. Suitable fish-processing residues are the input. The proposal is about recovering value from existing material, not a call for additional fishing.
  2. The process. Control collection conditions and traceability, check suitability and validate processing performance before supplying outputs.
  3. The products. Fishmeal and fish oil are separate outputs, each with its own quality, specifications and suitable markets. They are not one product turning into the other.
  4. Before delivery. Supply, sites, permissions, performance, safety, commercial terms and finance need to be established before delivery.

Farms and local food

Food systems. Closer to home.

From soil care to crops and eggs, then the practical work after harvest. Three chapters explain why local production also needs grading, cooling, packing and dependable routes to market.

An illustrated food-and-farming story. Production and supply pathways are proposed.

  1. Care for the starting point. Safe soil inputs and farming methods need local testing. Land, water, utilities, suitable crops and practical operating costs shape what can be grown.
  2. Grow a useful offering. The proposed food portfolio includes vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, table eggs and egg ingredients. The image shows an illustrative harvest, not current project production.
  3. Reach a real market. Aggregation, grading, cooling, packing and agreed buyer specifications are part of a reliable grower-to-market route. They must be developed with farmers and customers.

The planned portfolio

A portfolio of possibilities

Follow the proposed connections from marine resources to food, agriculture, ingredients and materials. The portfolio retains the original egg and recovered-calcium offering alongside the wider circular-island vision.

All product lines are planned. Availability, specifications, safety, approved uses and supply terms require confirmation; this is not a statement of current stock.

  1. Marine. Fishmeal and fish oil are proposed outputs from suitable fish-processing residues. Product specifications and qualified markets must be confirmed.
  2. Food. Table eggs, liquid whole egg, egg whites, scrambled egg mix, vegetables, herbs and mushrooms remain in the planned portfolio.
  3. Agriculture. Proposed fertiliser, biochar and fresh fodder applications need testing for safety, nutrient or feed value and local economics.
  4. Ingredients and materials. Eggshell membrane and calcium materials could serve suitable food, feed, fertiliser or industrial applications. Grade, purity, permissions and specifications are not interchangeable.

A pathway for partners

From vision to delivery

See the proposed pathway from a resource-led opportunity to evidence, the right partnerships and responsible project development. Each opportunity must earn its next step through validation.

The pathway is illustrative, not a delivery timetable or an investment offer. Projects remain subject to feasibility, agreements, funding and required approvals.

  1. Establish the resource. Confirm suitable volumes, collection conditions, tenure and utility needs. An interesting idea is not yet a dependable supply chain.
  2. Test the process. Validate yields, quality, safeguards and operating requirements under relevant conditions. Record limitations and costs as well as successes.
  3. Agree the commercial case. Buyer requirements, responsibilities, permissions and financing need documented terms and a reconciled project-specific model.
  4. Deliver in stages. Commission carefully, measure actual performance and use those results to decide the next phase. This is a development pathway, not a promised timetable or financial return.
