For investors & partners

A long-term vision.
A practical first step.

For organisations looking to understand Seychelles’ circular-economy opportunities and explore a role in responsible project development.

The programme proposition

Start focused.
Create the foundations.

The first fish-waste flagship is intended to establish a practical resource-recovery value chain. The broader programme would build on demonstrated performance, with individual projects evaluated on their own merits.

  1. 01

    Resource-led opportunities

Start with measured streams and a validated route from input to useful output.

  2. 02

    Commercial discipline

Connect supply, technology and buyers with an independently reviewed project model.

  3. 03

    Local participation

Structure partnerships around practical skills, operating responsibilities and local value creation.

A pathway for partners

From vision to delivery.

A visual introduction to the questions and relationships that can turn a proposed opportunity into an evidence-led project.

Explore the development questions

The pathway is illustrative, not a delivery timetable or an investment offer. Projects remain subject to feasibility, agreements, funding and required approvals.

Read the complete story
  1. Establish the resource. Confirm suitable volumes, collection conditions, tenure and utility needs. An interesting idea is not yet a dependable supply chain.
  2. Test the process. Validate yields, quality, safeguards and operating requirements under relevant conditions. Record limitations and costs as well as successes.
  3. Agree the commercial case. Buyer requirements, responsibilities, permissions and financing need documented terms and a reconciled project-specific model.
  4. Deliver in stages. Commission carefully, measure actual performance and use those results to decide the next phase. This is a development pathway, not a promised timetable or financial return.

For investors & project partners

A shared direction.
A case for each project.

The programme connects opportunities. It does not replace the need to establish the technical, commercial and environmental case for each one.

The fish-residue flagship is the proposed starting point—not proof that the wider system is already in place.

Each commercial project is intended to stand on its own, with defined inputs, customers, costs, responsibilities and safeguards. Potential links between projects should strengthen a viable business, not conceal a dependency on another unbuilt facility.

The September 2026 plan sets the direction. The work ahead is to reconcile assumptions and establish the evidence needed for a project-specific decision.

01Resource & market
Measured volumes, material quality and seasonal availability; a workable collection system; buyer specifications, pricing assumptions and meaningful supply and offtake terms.
02Site & delivery
Suitable premises and tenure, utilities, process performance, necessary permissions, environmental controls and clear operating responsibilities.
03Costs & resilience
Site-specific capital and operating costs, reconciled equipment and financing terms, sensitivity to lower yields or prices, and independent review of the model.
What can I review now, and what needs further work?

The public programme overview explains the proposed scope, first flagship and development milestones. For a deeper discussion, identify the project and your proposed role, then ask the team what supporting evidence can be shared.

A reconciled, site-specific financial model belongs in that review process. This website does not claim that a validated investment model is ready, or that projected funding, returns or delivery dates are secured.

This is a development programme, not a public investment offer. Participation would depend on appropriate due diligence, agreements, funding and required approvals.

Before a project advances

The questions
worth asking.

Good partnerships begin with clear evidence. These are the workstreams for a substantive project discussion.

01 / RESOURCE

Is the supply real?

Volumes, material quality, seasonal variation, collection economics and supply agreements.

02 / DELIVERY

Can it be delivered?

Site tenure, process validation, permissions, utilities, safeguards and the operating team.

03 / MARKET

Who will buy?

Product specifications, qualified buyers, price assumptions, logistics and contract terms.

04 / ECONOMICS

Does the model hold?

Reconciled costs, financing arrangements, downside cases and independently reviewed assumptions.

Ways to participate

More than one way
to move it forward.

We welcome introductions from project developers, strategic investors, development-finance organisations, processors, equipment specialists, landowners and potential buyers.

Initial discussions help establish fit and the information needed for further evaluation. Detailed commercial material can then be considered through an appropriate process.

Is this a public investment offer?

No. This site introduces the development vision. It does not sell securities, take deposits or accept investment subscriptions. Any future transaction would need its own legal structure, eligibility review, due diligence and documentation.

Are the projects operating?

The programme described here is proposed or in development. Design capacities and cohort sizes are planning targets. They do not describe current production.

Can I review financial projections?

Contact the team to discuss the appropriate evidence and review process. Projections require reconciled assumptions and independent assessment; no financial return is promised on this website.

Is this a government-approved programme?

The vision seeks a co-designed programme with Seychelles’ institutions and stakeholders. This website does not assert a government mandate, endorsement or regulatory approval.

This website presents a development vision and proposed programme. Projects remain subject to feasibility, agreements, funding and required approvals. It does not offer an investment product or guarantee financial or environmental results.
