This website presents the vision, proposed projects and development programme of Sey Circular Biosphere (Pty) Ltd, registration number 8440074-2, Maison La Roseriere, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Sey Circular Biosphere (Pty) Ltd.

Information and project status

The website provides general information about our work and opportunities for discussion. It does not accept product orders, payments or investment subscriptions.

Projects described as proposed, planned, targeted or under development remain subject to their stated conditions. These may include feasibility work, financing, land and premises, feedstock supply, technical validation, commercial agreements, environmental assessment and regulatory permissions.

Roadmaps, illustrations and descriptions of future facilities explain the intended programme. They do not establish that a facility is operating, that a product is currently available, or that a projected outcome has been achieved. Illustrative imagery is not evidence of a completed project.

Visual stories and creative production

Our visual stories combine photography, animation and concept illustrations, including images created or edited with artificial-intelligence tools. They communicate the programme’s ideas and proposed development; not every film or image is AI-generated.

Concept depictions are not photographs of completed Sey Circular Biosphere facilities or evidence of current production, stock, certification, approvals or investment performance. Proposed layouts, products and processes remain subject to project-specific assessment and development.

Photography and production credits are provided on our Credits page. Please use the written project information and request current supporting documents before making commercial or investment decisions. This explanation does not limit any rights or disclosures required by applicable law.

Investment and professional decisions

The website is not an investment prospectus and does not offer shares, debt, fund interests or other financial products. It does not provide personalised investment, legal, tax or financial advice.

Any future transaction would require its own information, due diligence, eligibility assessment, applicable regulatory process and signed agreements. Contacting us does not reserve an allocation, create an obligation to invest or commit either party to a transaction.

Descriptions of fishmeal, fish oil, agriculture, fertiliser, biochar, food, energy or related services describe programme components and potential offerings. Availability, specifications, certification, quantities, pricing, delivery and suitability must be confirmed separately.

A website description or enquiry is not a quotation or a contract of supply. Any sale or service will be governed by separately agreed terms and applicable mandatory protections.
